Not bad for family with children

Had a nice experience talking to the front desk staff, they were friendly and helpful, even gave us an upgrade to a bigger room for extra comfort, that was a pleasant surprise,,, the outdoor pool looked nice but was too windy for a swim during our stay.

However, it wasn’t cheap at all,, and the cleaning could have been better.

The air conditioning failed for hours, and the slow Wi-Fi made it challenging to work!!! The pool area could use better maintenance, and more housekeeping attention would enhance the experience!!! Could also provide better in-room amenities!!!

The Superior King Room offered an incredible city view that I couldn't get enough of! The breakfast buffet featured a delightful variety that kept my mornings exciting. I particularly appreciated the staff's prompt attention when I requested a room change due to an issue with the heater.

The breakfast was delicious and varied. parking access is tight.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring that I felt valued and cared for during my trip. One minor issue was that the bathroom door could have been designed more practically to enhance convenience.

The room was spacious with a separate walk-in shower and a cozy bathtub, making it ideal for relaxation. The staff demonstrated exceptional service throughout my stay, particularly Mr Youssuf at reception who ensured I felt at home. The breakfast had a delightful array of international flavors, and the pool area, while shallow, was a nice spot for a quick dip, even if it could benefit from more sunshine.

The hotel boasts expansive rooms, ideal for families, and is conveniently located near a metro station. The friendliness of the staff is unmatched, making every interaction enjoyable. However, the swimming pool depth may not cater to those wanting a serious swim.

our stay at millennium was fantastic! the superior king room was spacious and perfectly designed. najmi at reception made us feel really special with his warm hospitality. we loved the themed buffets too, especially sushi night — absolutely delicious!
